Daisy helped us so much with Vietnam Visa issues which meant we missed our flight. But thanks to Daisy she could fast track the Visa approval process and we could continue our holiday the next day. I had applied for an eVisa for a trip to Phu Quoc through the official government website.
It had not been processed by 2 days prior to my trip, so I contacted Indochina Sun's visa service (vietnamevisa.com) and they informed me that Phu Quoc is a special port of entry and doesn't require a visa.
They could have easily went ahead and charged me for an urgent visa, but didn't. While I didn't end up needing their service, they did give a prompt and honest reply, something the "official" website failed to do.

Daisy and her team were FANTASTIC in helping us with a last minute visa. My friend and I both had issues with ours, (there was a typo we didn’t catch) and we were denied at the gate. She was able to help us get an approved visa within an hour so we could jump on the next flight to Vietnam. If you’re concerned about security (truthfully I was too), don’t! You can trust this service. :)

Our e-visas did not come through for entry to Vietnam. We had a weekend and a public holiday before we flew out. Daisy saved the day. Excellent service and even assistance at immigration when we arrived. We were nervous trying to find someone to help but this company was great.Totally legit and did everything they said they would. All communication via WhatsApp and very attentive to messages.
