I had applied for an eVisa for a trip to Phu Quoc through the official government website.

It had not been processed by 2 days prior to my trip, so I contacted Indochina Sun's visa service (vietnamevisa.com) and they informed me that Phu Quoc is a special port of entry and doesn't require a visa.

They could have easily went ahead and charged me for an urgent visa, but didn't. While I didn't end up needing their service, they did give a prompt and honest reply, something the "official" website failed to do.

I fully recommend this service, I had so much trouble with my visa but Ms Daisy provided me whit a Visa a few hours after I contacted her !!

Due to the holiday season our Vietnam visas were taking longer than the standard 3 days to get processed and we were flying out the next day.
Daisy was able to expedite the visas which came through on time as promised.
Worth the fee for avoiding and cancellations and giving us peace of mind.
The communication process was very smooth and all worked out as promised.
Next time I’ll leave more than 7 days to get visas but recommend this service if you are running out of time,

I could not recommend Daisy’s services enough for anyone urgently needing expedited evisa services . There was an error in my visa application which I only became aware of when I was not allowed to board my flight (note the evisa site is glitchy so ensure your dates are correctly entered).

Daisy was immediately responsive when I contacted her on WhatsApp and she was able to process a corrected evisa letter in under 1 hour. I was also met at immigration on my arrival in Vietnam and went through immigration quickly and smoothly. The expedited visa processing is expensive but if you’re in a bind and facing a lengthy wait to process a new visa this service is a reliable service.

This company saved my booked flights and ameliorated all the tension I was having at the border when my visa had a mistake. It’s not a scam and they are prompt and communicative. Definitely reach out and use this service !

Excellent Service. I didn’t know that we needed e-visa and applied late and it was still processing the day before my flight. I then found this company and asked them to assist and they told me they can guarantee to expedite it and get it issued by evening. By 5 pm they sent me the visa and I could take my flight next day. Daisy was a god send! I am Australian and was travelling for work to Vietnam. Since Covid however, apparently our global travel agent (multi-national corporation!!!) cannot help with visa applications.
So it was on me. They sent me the link... easy! Not. I completed the on-line form, which was the one recommended by our Australian Immigration Department and the one the travel agent sent me. It came back 3 days later declined because my full name was not right. I tried again...stupidly, because again 3 days later it was declined for the same reason. So here's a tip people - SURNAME on this form actually means given name and GIVEN NAME actually means surname. I'll know that next time.
It got to the point where I had 3 days before departing and still no VISA. So I was desperate. I googled! And I found Daisy. This trip was all on a corporate card, business class travel and I was sooooo suspicious initially of who I was engaging with...Daisy replied on whatsapp with love heart emoji's! Ha! Who is this person I found on google??? Well, it turns out I found a bloody hero! She was amazing. She responded to every single email. By that stage it was Thursday and I was flying on Saturday and she guaranteed I would have a visa by Friday night at 7pm AEST. At 5pm I wondered what I had done.
So I reached out again and she said please be patient. It will come. And it did. At 7pm. I flew out at 6am the following morning. Daisy is absolutely the real deal and when you need faith back that 99.99% of humans in the world are good, she is it! Thank you Daisy. This service was a life saver for us. We applied for an evisa to Vietnam 5 days before our departure from Australia, however needed to edit our application 2 days later as I did not include middle names. On our day of departure our evisas were in ‘being processed’ status. Our airline would not allow us to board the flight to Vietnam without a visa. Being a weekend, our visas were not going to be processed. We were starting to panic. We contacted Daisy via What’s app and she was a life saver - within 15mins she had the required documentation ready for us and the airline accepted this document, checked us in and we boarded the plane. It was costly but cheaper than forfeiting our entire trip! A person met us on arrival in Vietnam and helped us get our visas. We cannot express how relieved we were!

Into China son helped us with our E visas to Vietnam. They were a total lifesaver!! We had applied ain advance, but our visas were sent back multiple times for details. At the last minute we almost missed our flights, but we contacted Indochina Sun and they were amazing. They were efficient, so competent, helpful. I give them my highest recommendation.

Daisy was a magician!
I had issues with my Vietnam visa as it didn’t have my middle names on. Daisy was going to get me a fast visa by early the next day. Then we worked out we could get the name fixed! I paid at 5:03 by 5:15 she had my new visa ready to go!!

If I had done this when I found out I couldn’t bore she would have done it fast enough for me to board the same flight!

She arranged for someone to meet me at the airport which helped a lot and put my mind at ease.

It cost a bit of money but so worth it! (Especially as all urgent visas cost a lot but not all give you hands on help). She replied so fast and did everything so fast which was amazing especially when I was stressed. I arrived in Vietnam just a few hours later than planned!

Urgent approval letter within 15 minutes in hard situation and eberything is ok!

I was planning the trip to Vietnam since February and I completely forgot about the visa and only realised that 2 days before my trip.

Based on my previous experience getting the e-visa directly via the immigration website, I was totally hopeless that I could get my visa in time.

I found another company and paid them to issue an emergency visa which they promised to get it done in 24h.
But, unfortunately, the immigration website was down and no emergency visas were being issued.

So, one day before my trip, I contacted Ms Daisy via WhatsApp and she mentioned about the letter of authorisation (which is basically an sponsorship that can be done by an individual or company) and I was very very suspicious at first. Travel agents in Vietnam that issue visas have their fame to scam desperate tourists like me…
The letter was done within 12h and I entered the country with no issues!!!!!

The letter is a bit costly, but in comparison with the money I would have lost with hotels and flight tickets if I didn’t make it…. It was totally worth it.

We had the wrong date on our original e visa application and couldn't fly out of Sydney as planned on a Sunday afternoon.
We thought our trip was done before it started.
The next morning we went to the Vietnamese consulate Sydney where after a 2.5 hr wait we were told that there was no option but to reapply and wait for an e visa and any website offering quicker would likely be a scam.

I organised my Visa sometime ago to land in Hanoi on 12th November 2023. Then I decided a week before flying out, I'll fly over early to land on 8th November 2023 but neglecting to fix my Visa.
So I found Daisy's number and she went into action. I was stuck at Guangzhou Airport so had to organise another flight to Hanoi and pay for an emergency evisa.
The evisa literally was sent in less than 4 hours.
So I was allowed to leave China and enter Vietnam.

We are a group of 7 travelling to Vietnam and while 6 of our visas were processed, one was sent back repeatedly (not sure why). With our travel date 1 day away, we reached out to Daisy (who came highly recommended). In just under 6-7 hours, we had our visa in hand. Daisy is truly a saviour! Can’t recommend their services enough

24 hours before departure to Vietnam we figured out that we forgot to apply for a visa on arrival beforehand. It was a Saturday with arrival on a Sunday so all websites advertising with visas within a few business days could probably not help us. With stress levels increasing and looking into changing our travel plans, we fortunately found Daisy :) She replied Saturday night on WhatsApp within a few minutes and guided us through the emergency express service. Within 30 minutes everything was set. Ok, the service costs a bit over 300 USD but with no real alternative options left this was the best option! Can really recommend!
On arrival, there was someone from Daisy's team waiting for us, they gathered the documents very quickly and the visa was ready within 15 minutes. Then I could go through a VIP que which was much shorter. Unfortunately my husband still had to go through the normal passport check que but thay didn't take too long.
Stupid mistake on our side but happy this could be fixed.

On the day i was due to fly my connecting flight out of Vietnam was delayed a day, meaning I had a 30hr stop over in Ho Chi Min - which requires a visa. Daisy helped me and my friend get a visa sorted within 7 hours - and was courteous and helpful throughout the process. Even checking in with me to ensure I had received the visa when it was emailed to me.
It was an additional expense I had not anticipated, but meant I could go on my trip which is priceless.

The best Travel Agency I've ever dealt with.
Daisy was amazingly helpful when I needed help with my Vietnam emergency Visa. I needed to expedite the whole process in order to avoid cancelling my trip and came across this agency.
